Yes4All LLC is a top 8 vendor on Amazon US and International in the Fitness Equipment category, based in Ho Chi Minh city and California. In 2022, we will launch a hundred new products not only in Sporting goods but also in other categories, with good quality and affordable prices to our customers through the different marketplace (today, mainly it’s Amazon in the US).

Since online consumer is unable to physically touch or see the product for themselves, the product descriptions play a major role in their purchasing decisions. Writing enticing and descriptive product descriptions can help an eCommerce business attract more visitors who can be converted into paying customers and build brand loyalty so that these customers would become repeat buyers. Customers need to be persuaded that you are the right supplier and it is best to purchase from you.

Your mission is to manage the team to produce compelling, informative, and unique product descriptions which make it easier for customers to find, evaluate, and purchase products, thus enhancing their shopping experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Know your customers

• A product description becomes enticing to a customer, only when it is written from a consumer’s perspective. Yes4All target customer is American, so having an excellent English writing skills and knowledge about American’s culture would be a strong plus.

2. Research about the product and identify its benefits

• You are curious about the product. You spend time with the engineer team to know and understand every feature and advantage that a particular product may have.

3. Promote product benefits, rather than features

• When a customer searches for a product, it is likely that he is already aware of its main features. Whenever you are inclined to list technical specifications, remember not all customers understand them. Market such specifications with explanations as to how they benefit the customer.

4. Make the reader understand the product

• Now that you have identified the benefits of the product, the next step is describing these benefits to capture the imagination of potential customers. Be descriptive! Market the benefits with descriptions that create sensory experiences, which appeal to the reader’s sense of touch, smell or taste. Not only content writing, but you also need to manage the photo editor to create a attractive and compelling image to well describe product’s benefits.

5. Use SEO keywords

• Shoppers who find your online store in a search engine are because your product title and description include key terms that are likely searched by the users on Amazon.
• Factors that impact Amazon's ranking include sales rank, availability of stock, relevancy of keywords in title and description, and more. Amazon SEO takes all the factors into account to determine your product ranking. So your product description should include the main keyword and other close-related terms to your products that customers will use to search for.

6. Build and manage the team

• Starting from almost scratch, you will need to recruit, train, and manage the team to prepare the company’s future.

• More than 3 years of experience in creating, writing and publishing marketing content
• Experienced content writer with a demonstrated history of working in various industries: Journalism, Translation, Editing, Creative Writing, Market Research, English, etc.
• Advanced English writing and editing skills. Experienced content writer on Amazon is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas.
• Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO.
• Test, Fail and Learn : The company is growing very quickly, the content team need to be agile, creative in order to test different approaching method.
• Excellent in time-management, highly organized and able to balance multiple projects at the same time.
• Attention to detail, producing clean, witty, accurate copy on tight deadlines.
