Currently, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication & Presentation (40%)

• Contribute your ideas and opinions to your client’s business, establish a presence in the agency and have a voice in the meeting
• Work directly with customers and the account team to consult clients to give compatible Social strategies
• Excellent communication & negotiation skill

Strategic Development (30%)

• Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and pre/during/post-campaign reviews for your set of brands.
• Maintain a high awareness of current affairs, social issues, trends, consumer psychology, and habits and preferences

Leadership (20%)

• Build and coach high-performing team members as required
• Assist in the training of junior team members

Implementation process (10%)

• Collaborate with the Content & Account team in the development of strategic roadmaps
• Monitor implementation to ensure quality and in line with the strategy outlined

Report to: Supervisor of Strategic Planning & Consulting

Promotion: Can be promoted to Strategic Planning Supervisor

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education

• Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business from a well-recognized university

Knowledge

• Business English
• Principle of Marketing

Skill

• Strategic thinking, creative, innovative, able to quickly come up with planning ideas
• Public speaking, presentation & debate skill
• Emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, especially good spoken and written communications skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the similar position of an Influencer/Advertising/PR/Research agency

• Hardworking, can work under high pressure to meet deadlines
• Good teamwork player while can work independently and responsibly
• Possesses high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
