ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Management (80%)

• Source more suppliers and new products following the company’s strategy on category growth and the company’s policy
• Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers to get good prices, promotion, good payment term following the company strategy
• Work daily with suppliers in terms of paperwork/trading term/payment term.
• Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers/third-parties.

Internal & Paperwork Management (20%)

• Work and study with Operations Manager/Admin team on analyzing purchasing performance indicators and preparing innovated procedures
• Coordinating with other internal departments to handle issues related to the purchase of services, assets, etc.
• Conduct reports related at the request of Management team

Report to: Operations Manager

Promotion: Can be promoted to Purchasing Supervisor/Procurement Supervisor

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

Education:

• Major in Purchasing, Import-Export, Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields

Knowledge:

• Prefer candidates with at least 1 year experience in sourcing

Skill:

• Experience in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Entertainment company is a plus
• Good at communication and negotiation skills
• Have the ability on project management, organization and time management
• Can-do attitude, responsible and able to work multitask and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive; as well as the capacity to efficiently learn about new technology
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese

Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant scope of work
• Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience

Personality:

• Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. High sense of responsibility, result-oriented.
• Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
• Capable of learning new technologies and optimizing working processes to meet projects‘ needs.
• Have ownership mindset - never say never attitude.
