April Advertising cần tuyển vị trí SENIOR MEDIA PERFORMANCE làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương thương lượng / cạnh tranh. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

Performance (80%)

• Execute and Optimize all of advertising channels (Online/Offline/DSP…) based on Client’s plan
• Proactively make suggestions, advice & next step with clients or internal team to improve performance with highly complicated full scope media: Branding, Performance, Content/Creative.
• Manage Client’s social channels
• Work with internal finance to proceed billing for advertising channels (Facebook/Google/Tiktok/DSP…)
• Campaign budget management especially in Optimization
• Complete all of needed KPI that align with customer
• Prepare necessary stuff before running campaign for tracking all of needed data by using tracking tools
• Train and manage team members
• Accuracy in weekly/monthly reporting: manage campaigns effectively and report back to media manager. Being accurate and having an eye for detail

Media Planning (20%)

• Develop media plan based on Client’s objective and strategies
• Research data/trend/report and dig down consumer insight for adapting into plan.
• Brainstorm with internal team and advise to create innovative concepts/strategy for integrated, suiltable channels for digital campaigns.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Be a Problem Solver with positive “I CAN DO” attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative “I CAN NOT DO” attitude will not lead us all far.
• 3+ years of experience in performance/optimization and planner (digital or performance agency experience preferred).
• Familiar with tracking tool (Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics/Facebook Analytics/Pixel & SDK…..)
• Familiar with E-com advertising
• Strong at Performance/Optimization especially in Tik Tok/Facebook & Google
• Love numerical and analytical
• Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.
• Good English communication skills.
