Mô tả Công việc

Adtima is seeking a Senior Copywriter Executive . Working across a range of diverse, well-known brands, you will be delivering high quality marketing campaigns overseeing total Adtima (Zalo) ecosystem. You will ensure each Media campaign follows industry best-practice to foster account growth and adopt the latest innovations

What you will do:

• Analyse brief and determine SOW with account team;
• Brainstorm and create concept, tagline, slogan, content direction for digital campaign proposal ( within Zalo platform and social platform);
• Work with Creative Lead, cross teams to built campaign proposal and support Account team to present to client;
• Work closely with creative designers to produce proposal campaign demo ( Banners, inforgraphic, game, wireframe, microsite..);
• Propose and booking KOL, community, channels for social campaign;
• Guide and follow up freelancers on content direction til execution;
• Contribute to develop product concept within zalo platform ( zingmp3, zalo, Bao Moi…);
• Reallocate projects for team members and monitor to make sure projects on track;
• Guide, train and inspire other team members.

What you will need:

• At least 4 years experiences in agency (Experienced at Digital agency is plus);
• Blow mind conceptual thinking, open mindset, willing to break the norm;
• Excellent at writing in multiple brand voice;
• Good at analysis meaning and express idea, concept;
• Proven to have strong knowledge of advertising industry in digital, social and other platform;
• Catch up trend on social to bring best updated solution for proposal;
• Leadership skill is a require;
• Understand basic principles of UI/UX, graphic design;
• Work under pressure and great team spririt.
