CREATIVITY

Determine how brand narration DNA should be for longterm using

Work on the detail copy execution under guidance

Supervise all the art team members on big project

Manage the suitable team for different projects

Lead activities with other creative team members

Be able to lead big pitching project

Brainstorm & develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the creative team

Be able to create own creative ideas for advertising campaign

Be able to present a part of proposals to clients

Be able to take lead of small and medium campaign

Be able to handle the copy for social content direction and execution

Keep up to date with popular culture and trends

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Control 3rd party and risk mangenement

Establish the good relationship with 3rd parties

Establish the excellent relationship with 3rd parties for further supports

Lead the big production

Manage time for team member

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Able to influence to client decision

Lead the internal and external communication

LEADERSHIP SKILL

Train and manage team members

Train more leader to have more senior people

Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team

Participate into company value and direction

Be a Problem Solver with positive "I CAN DO" attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative "I CAN NOT DO" attitude will not lead us all far.

At least 6+ years experience in copywriting

Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.

Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking.

Good English communication skills.
