Mô tả Công việc

1. Explore unique customer’s insights and direction that create campaign & business impact .

2. Compose briefs and brainstorm for project teams across disciplines .

3. Guiding the entire ideation process and support efforts all the way through to delivery .

4. Playing an important & central role in pitch and business development requirements .

5. Develop effective digital marketing transformation & optimization strategies with internal team to solve the client’s requirements & advise for new approach to help their business growth .

6. Being a demanding person on effectiveness and how to develop consumer data and experience driven strategy to improve client decision-making .

7. Identifying strategic opportunities that help to sell in appropriate new services & support to create the new services package .

8. Coaching & developing your team members so that everyone performs well .

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

9. 3+ years’ experience at the same position.

10. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related discipline

11. Be fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must.

12. Be adept at distilling and simplifying compelling insights.

13. Possess a deep intellectual curiosity about culture, digital, media, and technology, and how they affect human behavior.

14. Be able to inspire and encourage new ways of thinking.

15. Possess strong verbal presentation/storytelling skills, superior writing skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

16. Proficiency in English (high intermediate).
