Halocom cần tuyển vị trí Digital Account Intern làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương 2,000,000 VND. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

Account Management:

• Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;
• Act as the main contact point between client and internal team (Digital Planning, Digital Optimization), respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;
• Handle client’s requests on a daily basis.

Project Management:

• Manage campaign from planning to executing across all digital channels with all related stakeholders;
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for client and internal team to evaluate campaign progress;
• Take responsibility for the internal team's efficiency and success, as well as project outcomes;
• Plan for P&L (monthly and quarterly P&L), then track and ensure that the team achieves the P&L goal;
• Assist with paperwork, contract management and payment processing.

• No experience requirements.
• Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
• Capabilities for effective team management;
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task;
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills;
• Excellent customer service abilities;
• Ability to analyse and interpret data;
• Outstanding negotiation skill.
