We are looking for an experienced Account Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1/ Project Management (60%)

• Support in managing all stages of projects
• Coordinate with internal team to make sure deliveries are sent on time according to agreed deadlines
• Support in preparing materials needs for the campaign: research data/information, review competitors' activities, contribute/brainstorm ideas, allocate KPI & budget, build up project timeline,...
• Work with third party/vendors/KOLs to manage, execute tasks and control their qualities
• Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget and timeline, as well as achieving KPI

2/ Administrative Tasks (40%)

• Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents)

3/ Report to: Senior Account Executive/ Associate Account Manager

4/ Promotion: Senior Account Executive/ Account Supervisor

5/ Work Relations:

• Internal:

• YNAM: Strategic Planning & Consulting, Content Creative;

• Other Business Units: YNM, Buzzmetrics, Mango Digital; YouNet Head Office: HR, Finance & Accounting.

• External: Third parties, suppliers, KOL/KOC, Talent Representatives/agencies...

1. Education Having Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business is a plus but not required.

2. Knowledge

3. Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year working experience in agency with the same role
