Mô tả Công việc

Our Planners are responsible for using data and research to plan and define the creative brief for new campaigns. They establish the strategic vision for the campaign and provide data-driven strategic direction and guidelines from which our creatives can do their magic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategic vision for campaigns

• Giving guidance to the creative team on strategic direction and vision for the campaign

• Define the target, scope and other relevant parameters for campaigns

• Source and analyse data relevant for campaigns

• Keep up-to-date with cultural/social trends and consumers’ views and attitudes in the market and use these insights for the benefit of client campaigns

• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns

• Make presentations to clients and staff

• Participate in pitches and new project briefs

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• At least 5 years’ experience in a planning positing at an advertising agency

• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills

• Takes an interest in consumer behaviour and market trends

• Strong data analytic skills

• Understanding of branding and communications

• Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit
