Mô tả Công việc

Job Description

• Work with Procurement/agencies/suppliers for store design and POSM Materials
• Create a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the company’s marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand
• On-going control of annual trade marketing budget and plan different subsidy fee for regions
• Regular visits & relationship building with all regions over Vietnam
• Analyze results of retail channel, in depth analysis of competition, distribution models
• Build/use systematic monitoring system to track and maintain brand visual/design in Vietnam
• Assist and educate regions with marketing related work and implanted HQ policy and marketing campaign to regions
• Other work assigned by the directly manager

Requirements

• University degree, preferable in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing department within retail, FMCG, building materials sector, including retail network & brand / product management
• Familiar with development & execution of trade marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, market analysis and data collection
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication skill, knowing Chinese is a plus
• Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel, social media platforms
