Overview:

METUB Network is the leading digital entertainment & YouTube multi-channel network in Vietnam, nurtures and distributes content for an extensive portfolio of creators ranging from multiple verticals including music, esports, entertainments, educations. Our content creator partners include top celebrities Tran Thanh, Chi Pu, Ly Hai Minh Ha to endemic creators like Hau Hoang, Didi, Viruss, Mixi Gaming ....

The Brand Services division helps METUB as a whole accelerate our mission “to help creators turn their passion into a career" by liaison with creators and brands to execute purposeful Sponsorship, Content Partnership, Social Outreach and Influencer Marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan & proposal developments:

• Work with client and account team to understand client's requirement and develop proposals, pitch deck for influencer/social outreach-led marketing campaigns.
• Identify and integrate relevant influencer/communities channels to meet client's budget and objectives.

New solution

• Work with other teams in the company to leverage all capabilities, assets, , identifying needs for content partnership and be able to present in a compelling way to clients and other partners.
• Updates social & influencer marketing trends and constantly learning to retain company's leading position in Influencer/Content partnership filed.

SOW allocation:

50%: Define social/influencer approach & direction and create proposals to addresses clients' briefs and beyond.

30% : Extend the brand strategy, consumer insights and creative big idea into a full-fledged social/influencer campaign.

10% : Connect digital channels and all METUB's assets to client business & propose plans that drive growth opportunities.

10% : Others as required from management team.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• 2-4 years experience working in a digital agency as a social/influencer planner or equivalent positions
• Proven ability in creating high-quality social & influencer strategy proposals
• Deep understanding in influencer marketing and social media platform algorithm (Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, IG...)
• Knowledge about Trending Chart, BSI and other industry award is a plus
• Good communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.
• Strong presentation and speaking ability in both Vietnamese and English
• Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and solving problems
• Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering best-in-class work.
• Pushes for the best possible work and stands-up for great ideas.
