Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand clients' business and generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations.
• Take responsibility for the creative part of campaign/ project. Including:

• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

• Lead concept visualise & design: art direction, stage, 3D direction in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.

• Collaborate with account team to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.

• Input for Strategic Planning team to write plans, produce inventive/amazing proposals.

• Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, handover and monitor deadlines.

• Develop story board/ mood board by English/ Vietnamese.

• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest market.

• Management

• Manage and cultivate the career development of team members

• Guide and ensure team members to follow company policy and regulations.

• Other duties as assigned by Managing Director.

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

• Good Branding knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• At least 03 years experiences as Creative Director.

• Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role

• Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development

• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

• Outstanding leadership and organization skills

• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
