[HCM][Client] Zalo: Business Development, Zalo Shop

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with existing and current clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, proven work experience as an Account, Sales, Business Development or relevant roles.
  • Having market knowledge and networking in E-commerce Industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstration of willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good at English and MS Office.
