Aleph-Laps is a striking group of craftsmen specialised in strategy, design, technology, and marketing based in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. We are looking for UI/UX Lead to join us.

[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]

• Ability to understand and translate briefs to come up with unique art direction and solutions

• Lead multiple teams and work streams efficiently

• Ensure growth, mentor and ensure welfare of team

• Act as an authority and delegate tasks based on priority

• Continuously evaluate productivity and identify initiatives within the company

• Propel creative tech culture and be custodian of quality at Aleph

• Manage quality or projects and deliveries from a creative standpoint

• Have fun doing the things you do
