Aleph-Laps is a striking group of craftsmen specialised in strategy, design, technology, and marketing based in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. We are looking for Account Manager to join us.
[ JOB DESCRIPTION ]

Provide Strategic and Digital Marketing Leadership
Works with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives. -
Build and Grow Client Relationships

Understand clients' business and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them.

Develop formal 12 month client plans for key relationships.

Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.

Provide the highest levels of client servicing.

Manage Delivery of Campaigns, Programs and Platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed to plan, on time and on budget.

Hold regular Work in Progress (WIP) meetings with client to review performance and propose recommendations & optimization.

Ensure the Campaign and Project KPI's set with the client are met and delivered on time

Manage Financial Performance

Achieve revenue targets from key clients.

Continue to improve account efficiency profitability.

Work with planning to develop new business proposals.

Leverage personal networks and industry events to identify new business opportunities.
