[HCM][Agency] Chin Media: Looking for Operation specialist

In 2018 we offer new service name eCommerce solution services – managing our client's shops on Vietnam's leading eCommerce platforms eg. Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc. by offering online store operations with content creation and optimization; sales and marketing with stock and campaign strategy and management, business analytics and market knowledge consultation; logistic and warehouse with delivery and storage; tech solution with API and own seller center for eCommerce channels.

About the job :

CHIN is currently looking for Operation specialist to drive sales revenues through management of e-commerce marketplace sellers and e- retailer shops and websites

You will be responsible for:

• Managing relationships with third logistic parties (3PL) routes daily, packages picked up are free from damage, complete handover of packages to sortation and reconciliation done with the team leader by end of the day, as assigned

• Developing cross-functional strategy with tech team, marketing team, business intelligent team, finance & legal team to ensure smooth operations.

• Working with the KAMs to monitor order

• Negotiating deals with 3Pl to save cost.

• Help KAM to prepare weekly and daily ops reporting for the clients with BI teams to aid in seasonal plans and strategy creation

• Monitors work to ensure efficient and effective operations. Observes operational practices and enforces safety policies and procedures. Makes recommendations for process improvement, including changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of operations.

• Makes recommendations for rate adjustments, ensure Operations team remain within cost targets and seek means by which to manage costs whilst maintaining/improving service and productivity levels

• Generates and analyses operational reports and make recommendations as appropriate for necessary action and improvement, provides timely feedback.

• Investigates and resolves inquiries and complaints related to pick up & delivery operations promptly & timely.

• Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Your skills and experience :

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Fresh graduate or one years of e-commerce experience, prefer internship or 3-6 months working for lazada, shopee, tiki, in services-oriented operation environment, express industry or logistics operations

• Excellent communication, logical thinking

• Computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities

• Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism

• Analytical & negotiation skills, present ideas effectively and deliver presentations

• Self-motivated and empower others to achieve objectives and to develop a culture where employees feel ownership in what they do, attract, develop, and retain good people; allow opportunities for self and others to reach their full potential.

• Good command of English (reading/writing)

• Previous operation experience with tech products is a plus
