In 2018 we offer new service name eCommerce solution services – managing our client's shops on Vietnam's leading eCommerce platforms eg. Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, etc. by offering online store operations with content creation and optimization; sales and marketing with stock and campaign strategy and management, business analytics and market knowledge consultation; logistic and warehouse with delivery and storage; tech solution with API and own seller center for eCommerce channels.
About the job :
CHIN is currently looking for Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive sales revenues through management of e-commerce marketplace sellers and e- retailer shops and websites
You will be responsible for:

Managing relationships with marketplace sellers and/or e-retailers who are key players in their respective industries daily.

Developing cross-functional strategy with ops team, tech team, marketing team, business intelligent team, finance & legal team to grow clients’ business and ensure smooth operations.

Working with the marketing team of marketplace platforms to run dedicated online campaigns for the clients.

Developing a wide assortment without losing focus on revenue growth.

Managing pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key products offered by the clients

Negotiating deals with marketplace and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues.

Prepare weekly and daily reporting for the clients with BI teams to aid in seasonal plans and strategy creation
Your skills and experience :
KAMs are driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused individuals. They thrive within high-pressured environments. They are a sales and account management professionals with proven track records in mee ng and exceeding targets. They have passion for building their client’s sales revenues and contribu ng to a larger team.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

Fresh graduate or one years of e-commerce experience, prefer internship or 3-6 months working for lazada, shopee, tiki, advertising agency.

Excellent communication, logic thinking

Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.

Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivots) and PowerPoint.

Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person.

Good command of English (reading/writing)

Previous sales experience with tech products is a plus
