[HCM][Client] Fingo Vietnam: Data analyst (Urgent)

* Mô tả công việc:

*Main responsibilities: Creating reports
1. Sales reports
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports: based on partners' and CCS's data; by teams/regions/partners; compared to last month, month to date, growth rate, etc...
- Sales personnel reports: number and rate of salesman, active salesman; by teams/regions/partners, etc...
- Application status reports: rate and reasons of QDE & REJ; by teams/regions/partners, etc...
- Sales competition update report
- Fraud and DEL reports: rate by teams/regions/partners; cases that can be delinquent, etc...
- Others as required: customers to withdraw loan/activate credit cards by teams,compare sales number between CCS and partners, etc...
2. Lead reports
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly lead reports: Number of new/assigned/expired leads in LTS by regions, which teams take leads, etc...
- Lead analysis: Quality of leads, cancel reasons, average customer income, etc...
- Others as required
3. Other tasks as required
- Inform sales teams about Monthly/Quarterly Sales Target
- Compare monthly sales results and handle difference between Fingo and partners' sales reports
- Create other reports as required by managers

* Yêu cầu:

Good at Microsoft office: word/excel/power point
Smart and dynamic
Critical thinking
* Good at English is a plus
