[HCM][Agency] Aleph Labs Viet Nam: Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ideation process and prepare proposal alongside other teams.
- Clearly define scope of work and put together campaign costing/campaign timeline based on that.
- Oversee and ensure campaign delivery against timeline & KPIs.
- Prepare and ensure actionable insights in all reports delivered to clients.
- Hold regular WIP meetings/conference calls with key clients.
- Develop and/ or maintain a strong work relationship with other relevant partner agencies.
- Help to identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies including the development of tools, process and reports related to job responsibilities.
- Continually explore and test new digital initiatives and tools.
The requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Abilities:
- Three (2) years of digital marketing experience encompassing social media, platform campaigns and digital production
- Solid understanding of digital marketing landscape in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
- Excellent background and skills in managing sophisticated digital campaigns/programs across Paid, Earned and Owned Media.
- Solid understanding of digital metrics and strong analytical & problem solving skills to create innovative solutions.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English are crucial.
- Knowledge of different digital research tools
- Team player who can work well with tight deadlines.
