Our dynamic and creative team is looking for PR Account Executive with the key roles and responsibilities as following:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Build keen understanding and acquiring knowledge of consumers, brand, business, and clients.
  2. Have in-depth understanding of business issues and clients requirement to develop brands that address the business requirements.
  3. Take part in multi-functional team to develop and implement 360 degree communication plan & Develop client service process and enforce the process in regular basis.
  4. Plan, write and edit a variety of media plan, content outline plan and materials including but not limited to articles, editorials, advertorials, press release, speeches, newsletters, brochures, scripts…
  5. Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients
  6. Manage events, including press conferences and promotional events
  7. Combine creativity with knowledge of the media to recognize media angles and generate positive news coverage, profile pieces and features across a broad media spectrum.
  8. Continuously strengthen the relationship between TPG with clients and business partners (media/press and third parties) and enforce the agency’s culture and values.
  9. Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency and being compliant with company’s and client’s policies, and deliver clients’ satisfaction.
  10. Regularly report the business results, business performance to clients and related stakeholders in the agency.
  11. Develop case studies that build the agency’s credential and reputation.

Candidate’s profile

You will have solid account management skills and experience of working with clients from multiple sectors from a business benefit perspective.

You will be a self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude. You will be level headed, dependable and calm under pressure. You will be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.

  1. Minimal 1 – 2 years working experience in marketing, advertising or communications capacity, with experience in handling integrated communication.
  2. A killer account management skill that is built on keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of PR and Social Media as advantage.
  3. Appreciation for detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker
  4. Great with people, strong interpersonal skills and team player
  5. Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well
  6. Professionalism, integrity & transparency
