[HCM][Agency] RED2 Digital: Content Lead

POSITION TITLE: Content Lead

FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):

  • Build content for multiple digital outlets such as landing pages & ad copy, blogs, websites, Facebook, Zalo fanpage posts.
  • Translate contents from English to Vietnamese, and vice versa
  • Update content marketing trends and orientate content strategies for various clients.

REPORTS TO: Director of Digital and Social Strategy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:

80% Execution
Create contents for digital channels

Plan and implement content strategies for social community hubs.

Translate and create content for websites and blogs.

Manage social communities hubs, forums

20% Planning and Coordinating

Coordinates between departments to ensure all for landing pages & ad copy are run and completed timely.

Work closely with developers to ensure all content is placed properly and meet deadline.

Connect with internal team to get materials to create contents for landing pages and ad copy.

Work closely with other internal content creators to manage content strategies and explore ways to always generate real time and most viewed & engagement contents

Work closely with other departments to maximize the brand value

Reach 100% target of delivering the quantity and quality of content ideation, production, editing, publication, management, promotion and marketing across all platforms

Requirements

Passionate in writing content is a must.

Responsible and highly commit to deadline.

Possess good communication and language skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Results-oriented, possess initiative, drive, and a good eye for details.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to multi-task and ensure timelines are met.

  • Application form have to include with 1 long content project (600-1000 words) and 5 short other content pieces (100-250 words)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree, major in marketing/ communication/ writing is preferable.

At least 3 years of working experience, with experiences in social community management

Excellent speaking and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Good translation skills from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.

Very good attention to details.

Good computer skills, graphic design or multimedia knowledge is an advantage.

A natural influencer with creativity.

Out-going, energetic, passionate and never-give-up attitude.

Like to build healthy relationship to make life better for self and others.

The ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company and partners.
