[HCM][Agency] WorldLine Brand Experience: Looking for Account Manager (event)

WorldLine Brand Experience Company is looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

Account management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. As key role, a project manager has to lead/ manage, collaborate with project team to deliver the best strategic experiential marketing plan & creative solutions that meet client’s business objective/ marketing objective & communication objective
2. Successful selling the proposal/ creative & strategic planning for client.
3. Managing project effective & efficiency deliver company profitable and reach the internal quality standard & client expectation
4. Leading and managing, collaborate with whole project team to deliver project objective & client requirement
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
6. Keep promise, commitment with client in order to build TRUST especially project deadline, outcome…
7. Collaboration with Account Director to build company culture and be example of company values to deliver organization mission & vision

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Proven account management or other relevant experience
2. Marketing strategic & planning skill & experience
3. Selling skill & business sense
4. Project management skill
5. Leadership & Collaboration skill
6. Excellent interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to successfully work in a team environment.
7. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
8. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings and weekends.
