[HN-HCM][Agency] Adtima / VNG: Looking for Senior Account Executive and Audience Insights Executive

Senior Account Executive, based in Hanoi or HCMC

What you’ll do

  • Proactively gain understandings of Adtima’s ecosystem (i.e. Zalo, Zing MP3, Zing TV, Zing News, and Baomoi) and its services;
  • Approach and liaise with new clients to discuss and learn their advertising needs, from which offer them applicable advertising packages via proposals;
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients on a regular basis to follow up and provide supports for ads performance optimisation;
  • Perform as a project manager to manage clients’ expectations while following up and ensuring projects being delivered on time at highest quality levels
  • Work closely with Planning, Content, Creative, and Production teams to produce optimal solutions to clients’ needs and budget while achieving Adtima’s expected financial targets;
  • Perform data analysis and reports on performance efficiency, and suggest solutions to problems if any;

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
  • At least two-year experience in digital marketing. Proven of understanding of digital disciplines in relation to user experience, technology, and creative
  • Demonstration of excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure

Audience Insights Executive, based in HCMC

What you'll do

  • Focus on both presale and proposal insights, audience understanding and case studies
  • Ability to use data to glean insights
  • Analyse digital data, providing insight, analysis, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders, to contribute to the overall understanding of our ecosystem’s performance
  • Tell a story about Adtima ecosystem users that align to clients' criteria
  • Sell an idea through the power of data and audience
  • Work alongside strategy, analytics and creative teams to bring an idea to life through insights
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to negotiate and agree on research projects;
  • Preparing briefs and commissioning brand lift research;
  • Formulating a plan or proposal and presenting it to the client or senior management;
  • Writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires;

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
  • Good understanding of digital marketing. Having one year of experience in this field is a plus
  • Previous experience in market research
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills; proven ability to work under pressure
