Aleph is a digital experience company, strategically based in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. We are unique breed of engineers, craftsmen & artists.

We are looking for Art Director to join our Aleph family.

THE ROLE

You are a maker and storyteller who creates strategies and bring ideas to life. You lead projects fearlessly with a strong opinion, keeping in mind how it looks, speaks and how it works. Branding, Design, Communications and UX are your bread and butter.

You will participate and lead world-class projects, and enjoy collaborating with fellow Alephians and clients alike to solve complex design problems in Vietnam and across S.E. Asia.

THE REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and drive branding, design & communications solutions
• Ability to understand and translate marketing/strategic briefs to come up with unique art direction and creative conceptualization
• Familiar with design thinking, branding, communication and user experience tools and methodologies
• Lead design & communication conversations and presentations, plus build strong collaborative work relationships
• Collaborate with fellow Alephians, including strategy, copy/content, tech’ and client service teams to come up with strategic insights and opportunities
• Resolve problems encountered and advise on possible solutions and approaches
• Act as an authority and delegate tasks based on priority
• Escalate key issues and bring them to management attention
• Mentor and develop team members to satisfy the expected deliverables
• You are a forward guide for Alephians and clients
• Lead alongside to inspire, educate and deliver
• Continuously evaluate productivity and identify initiatives within the company
• Ensure growth and welfare of team

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in the latest design tools (e.g. SketchApp, Photoshop, Keynote, etc.)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese language
• Experience working on digital projects and builds (advertising, website builds, mobile app development), particularly in UI/UX
• Expert knowledge in design & communication fundamentals and execution.
