[HCM][Client] Muzu: Marketing Admin
ABOUT MUZU:
Muzuco.com is a movie news, rating and reviewing platform. Builing a community including both critics and mass audience, Muzu hopes to bring an objective and multi-dimensional which assesses the quality of both international and domestic movies.
Joining Muzu, users will be able to connect with Vietnamese large cinephile community, where they are free to express their personal opinions, supported by the Muzu movie rating and reviewing system. Besides, they will have full access to the latest movie news which is constantly updated by Muzu from trustworthy sources.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Admin will support the operations team to undertake the following tasks:
General Administration Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and reports
- Work with suppliers – Purchasing, Sourcing
- Build quotations
- Monitor mailing system
- Assist sales & campaign execution activities
- Support Operations Team Leader and General Director
- Support Sales Team create Sales and Marketing Material
- Draft campaign reports
Research
- Brand Audit
- Research industry insight for media business
- Collect and organize market data
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Fresh graduates are preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Advanced English – verbal, written
- Strong Communication skills – active listening
- Creative problem solver – methodical, analytical, persistent
- Responsible – meet tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player – work well in a group, work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective multitasker – identify, organize, prioritize, deliver
- Natural ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
Compensation Package:
- Contract duration: 1 year, renewable
- 13th month bonus at TET holiday (pro-rated by months worked)
- Lunch: provided by company
- Sick and annual leave: based on VN labor law
- Additional bonuses: based on company policy
- Probation 2 months
