JOB ANNOUNCEMENT: (Senior) Account Manager

MSLGROUP – the strategic communications and engagement company of Publicis One – is looking for a sharp and motivated (Senior) Account Manager to join our team.
A (Senior) Account Manager is responsible for the development of strategic communications plans and the day-to-day management of clients’ communication programs. We are looking for collaborative people with high quality standards that can build a positive team spirit to deliver projects on time, on budget, on quality and on strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for client management and act as a primary contact for clients
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative communication strategies and plans
- Drive projects and campaigns from brainstorm to delivery
- Craft efficient and practical cost estimates, scopes of work and timelines
- Act as interface with PR/Social/Event teams; inspire and ensure the highest quality for all client deliverables; proactively asses issues and provide effective solutions
- Effectively manage and mentor junior team members
- Continuously build knowledge of clients’ business challenges and needs to inform strategic and creative ideas
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in account management
- Good knowledge of the PR discipline
- Be able to think strategically and present persuasively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized self-starter
- Working well under pressure
- Excellent trouble-shooter
- Vietnamese native with excellent knowledge of English
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh
Salary: Negotiable
