1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
The dynamic staff for this position has the ability to communicate skillfully and effectively. They play a special role: to build and promote the good image of the culture and a healthy working environment for companies to commit to send out message to employees. A bridge between employees and departments so that companies can make operational, environmental policies to improve working efficiency
- Propose plan and acting for monthly internal employee activities including company monthly designing, games, interactive activities, celebrate events
- Responsible for implementing weekly topics, listening, sharing all the issues that workers need to share to company the joys and pressures at work
- Consultancy based on internal policies. Recommended annual and annual improvements
- Analyze employee relations activities proposed benefits plans, channel, to build working environment under the core values of the company
- Coordinate with training team to convey cohesion and cultural building
- Close working with line manager for new idea and acting to push people together
- Lead in HR activity and internal events
2. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or relevant
- Be good at:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event;
- Problem-solving skills and diplomacy;
- The ability to manage budgets as you'll be responsible for event budgets;
- A flexible, target-driven, proactive approach;
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
