Job Description

Main activities:

Supporting Senior Executive to sum up media advertising contracts and ensure the quality and effectiveness of the campaign. Specific:

- Orientation / Proposal for clients. Proposal should meet the following criteria:

  • Satisfy clients' needs
  • Structure, logic and persuasive.
  • Creative and aesthetic.

- Quality control of service and campaign effectiveness:

  • Pictures, key messages, articles suitable for clients
  • Ensure the KPI is fully committed
  • Attitude, behavior of the Admicro department to clients

Compulsory Requirements:

1-2 years working experience as a Proposal in the field of advertising / communication, specifically:

  • Ability to identify clients’ needs in order to guide the content of the Proposal
  • High standards of logic and aesthetics
  • Experienced in running media campaigns / advertising
  • Have background in communication / marketing

Attitude: The spirit of breaking through barriers to completing work

Language: English (Fluently)

Extra activities:

Overcoming barriers to closing contracts, solving and proposing improvements, such as:

  • Procedures

Taking responsibility for systematically analyzing strategic brand/ clients, then making decisions about:

  • Sales opportunity on each strategic brand/ client.
  • Resource coordination for serving strategic clients.
  • Co-operation policies with strategic clients.

  • Quality of advertising:

The department work with Core Products, Sales and Account, Solution, strategic client service to:

  • Assuring quality of service and solution for strategic clients
  • Assuring the route of analyzing branch

Promote image and status of Admicro to each strategic brand/ client
