[HCM][Client] Boomerang: Looking for Social Media Analyst (05 Full time Permanent)

PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVES

– Work collaboratively with account team to provide social media listening report & others subject matter expertise in Isentia.Boomerang’s social media listening products and services.

– Build trusted relationships with existing clients in order to retain and grow the portfolio by finding opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and the likes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Receive project’s briefs & other client’s requirements from Account Department and manage to finish the assigned tasks.

– Analyze data of brands/marketing campaign/other requested subjects on internet & social media platforms including SNS (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc), Forums and News sites & draw up reports with statistical social media metrics & parameters, both quantitatively & qualitatively.

– Based on statistical reports to withdraw actionable insights & recommendations for clients.

– Manage overall performance & outcomes of data analyst team members to ensure projects are delivered in time.

– Actively research & study new practices & methodology approaches in media monitoring industries and share with the team

– Actively participate in services & products R&D & new business initiatives to bring the best outcomes to clients.

– Join meeting with clients to present the report (both English or Vietnamese) when requested

REQUIREMENTS:

– Preferably diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Social/Digital Area or relevant certifications

– At least 2 years experience in data analyst, corporate sales, business consulting, marketing & communications and/or client servicing.

– Versed in data analytical skills & work well with numbers.

– Self-motivated and able to work independently and perform under pressure

– Time management & task management skills. Detail oriented.

– Abreast on the latest social media trends.

– Fluent in English, with a flair for writing a plus.

– Proficient (or strong working knowledge) on Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Tested skills in PowerBI (i.e. PowerPivot) and macros, a plus.
