[HCM][Client] KMS: We are hiring Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Key responsibilities:
- Acts as a single point contact of HR aspects for the employees and managers in the BU
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes and the implementation of HR programs at the BU
- Manages performance improvement plan (PIP) and performance management process
- Ensures the effectiveness of on-off boarding and global mobility processes
- Manages employee relations, employee’s grievance and disciplines
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements necessary changes to cover risks
Responsibility/challenge/opportunity:
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Support line management in Career Development Plan (CDP), People Development Committee and Performance meeting
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Ensure the effectiveness of employee’s overseas assignments and businesses processes
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
- Builds and ensures the effectiveness of on-off boarding processes
- Supports employees’ activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, compensation practices, and labor laws
