What You Will Do
- Are you a digital native? Passionate about cultural trends and all aspects of social from content creation to social analytics?
- We are looking for a Community Manager to join our growing team at MSLGROUP Vietnam.
- The Community Manager drives the engagement for our clients’ social communities and builds strategies to grow reach and followers.
- The Community Manager monitors online conversations, participates in those conversations to build visibility for our clients’ products as well as incite brand engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and maintain editorial calendars
• Manage content for all social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.) including writing for status posts, blog posts, live broadcasts, etc.
• Monitor conversations and escalate as necessary following client guidelines
• Review and respond to user comments, consumer complaints or questions to ensure positive communities
• Manage daily operations and technicalities of the channel or page
• Build a social presence in community groups and activate these groups for client campaigns
• Identify and engage social influencers to foster dialogue and promote client campaigns
• Report and provide data from analytics tools and channel insights
What You Are Good At
• +3 years of experience in a digital / social agency
• Digital savvy with good understanding of popular social networks including design, functionality and users
• A creative thinker with a logical approach to content curation
• Strong copy writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in client servicing
• Highly organised self-starter
• Vietnamese native with good knowledge of English

4. Good sense of business and be presentable
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh
