Job Description/Senior Executive or Associate Manager, Branded Content Integration
To be in charge of handling projects in the Branded Content Integration team with varied disciplines across Creative, Digital (main focus), PR and activation.
To coordinate to come up with winning proposals with the creative & planning team, and other functions as design/visual or event/activation
To lead all the project productions/outcomes and to drive content & creative excellence
To manage client expectations and satisfaction on high standards on every assigned project
To manage the expected P&L and annual target (but not covering business development as the projects are almost fully booked from retainer & key clients)
To lead and develop the junior members of the team to senior level, for Associate Manager position up
Job Requirements
Aged 23-27
Minimum 15 months of experience for Senior Executive level, 24 months for Associate Manager level, in a good reputation agency or client
Good appearance, relevant experience is a plus
Highly responsible, dedicated, resilient
Can work with heavy workload, under high pressure (multiple projects at the same time
Eager to learn and proactive in seeking for progress
Fast learning
Having marketing fundamentals is an advantage
