[HCM][Agency] Lion & Lion: Business Development Manager

Lion & Lion is searching for a Business Development Manager to join our brand new Ho Chi Minh operation and help lead the charge in expanding into this market. You will be responsible for building partnerships and closing prestigious new accounts. Liaising closely with the senior management team and working at the forefront of the business, you will identify and engage prospects, strategize new business ideas, handle client acquisition process, and negotiate/close deals.
Your role
- Generate leads and close your own pipeline of business
- Drive an appropriate business development process for each new business opportunity
- Identify cross sell opportunities and ensure that your identify which of the suite of our solutions is right for each client
- Strategy and execution in regards to pitching, building proposals, negotiating and closing contracts
- Engaging and building rapport with current and potential clients
- Analytical tasks, including budgeting and forecasting
Your profile
- +5 years of experience within sales or business development
- Experience working within an agency is a plus
- Adaptable and flexible in operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing.
- Solid background in identifying client needs and translating them into pitch and proposal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentations skills
