[HCM][Agency] Blueseed Digital: Looking for Community Intern

Job Description:

The Social Media Community Intern will be responsible for the day-to- day management of the Inspirato and Blueseed social media communities across YouTube, Facebook,Instagram, as well as emerging platforms. You will manage the planning and the execution of social media content across the platforms, and exhibit command over the online communities.
This role will also require you to support the Social Content Team Leader in the running of high priority social media marketing campaigns for multiple brands. As well as overseeing the creative content, you will need to be adept in managing budget allocation and ensuring that campaigns are delivered on budget within agreed time-frames.
The Social Media Community Intern is part of the Social Content Team who help shape commissioning and audience engagement strategies, new product development and editorial propositions in order to define and deliver a consistent and compelling brand message to our audiences.

Requirements:

Newly graduated from one of universities and colleges in HCMC majoring in social sciences or marketing & finance
Established social media and community management background including experience of up around 1 year managing the day to day operation of a social media account across different platforms.
Demonstrable passion for social media community management and a command over fostering ongoing engagement across platforms.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and picture editing skills, with a keen eye for design.
Creative thinker with impeccable persuasive copywriting skills.
Enthusiasm for ever-evolving social media trends, and the digital marketing landscape at large.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; must be a team player.
Diligent work ethic; flexible weekend/evening schedules will be required.
