Job Description

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information

• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Manage cashflow of the company
• Complies with financial legal requirements, including tax and audit processes
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experiences in related fields
• Strong expertise in finance and accounting a plus
• Strong process management and time management skills
• Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
• Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone
• Team player and fun lover
