Day-to-day tasks will include briefing members of the creative team, advising new creatives, collaborating with strategy and production teams, participating in constructive critique of work, pitching to clients, and so much more. With this busy role in our lively agency, there’ll never be a dull moment.
Job Description
You’ll come up with cutting-edge concepts that are hinged on insightful research. You’ll break down these ideas to explain them to the in-house team and then to clients. This role demands someone who can command a room and can communicate clearly in meetings.
As you’ll be spearheading projects from the get-go, the onus will be on you to make sure tight deadlines are met. Outstanding time management skills and a knack for organisation will be crucial when motivating the team to keep on schedule. To fulfil this role, you must be eager to team up with other creatives and ready to pass on your set of technical skills.
We’re looking for someone who has big ideas and the skill set needed to make those ideas happen. You’ve got a strong record of producing work that resonates with clients and consumers. Having already worked on a diverse range of projects in a variety of different media, you understand client requirements and are ready to do your all to meet their needs.
Skills
- 2 years experience
- Mastery of design packages including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote
- Editing and After Effects skills are a bonus
- In-depth understanding of digital and social platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent execution skills
- Thorough understanding of production processes
- Ability to develop ideas and employ the tactics necessary to execute them
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
