Job Descriptions
- Lead the development and deployment of Brand Marketing Plan
- Manage the Category & Brand Audit to identify root issues and opportunities
- Identify customer and channel category trends
- Deploy integrated brand communications & campaign ideas
- Cooperate with Customer Development to set KPI and strategy for national brand and channel marketing
- Responsible for the brand & help drive profitability of the brand
- Provide input to volume forecast and financial updates
- Determine brand and customer fit behind Category value drivers
- Monitor brand performance by key indicators to implement appropriate plan changes
- Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Brand Building/Development or Customer Development
- Deep understanding of customer and shoppers’ behaviors
- Initiative, flexible, open-minded and growth mindset
- Creative, result-oriented, and hard-working
- Good at project management and analytical skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Fluent in English communication skill
