Mix Digital is a fast-growing digital creative agency providing full-service digital solution for brands. Our mission is to help brands building strong relationship with audiences by fostering creativity at the centre of online communication.

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients.
This role will be responsible for providing sales development, establishing relationships with new clients and working with innovative solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

- Works with leadership and account teams to identify areas of desired growth for company and seeks out relevant client opportunities to meet those
- Effectively managing customer needs by providing outstanding client service
- Maintaining a detailed pipeline and forecast in our sales force.
- Developing new leads through various marketing activities, cold calling and networking
- Developing a deep understanding of clients’ needs and building proposing appropriate solutions
- When necessary for smaller term projects act as the account manager contact to clients

Requirements:

- Minimum 2/3 years experience within Business Development/New Business or Account Management role (experience within the media, marketing and communications world preferred)
- Good relationship building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confidence and a persuasive manner
- Ability to be flexible and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
- Superior organization and prioritization skills are essential along with focused attention to detail
- Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets
- Fluent English
- Good digital background
