1. Job description (what the candidate will do)

• Master clients’ business challenges including sales, marketing, consumers, competitors
• Identify business and communication issues
• Issue or Input to communication/creative brief to multiple communication disciplines, from advertising, PR, digital, till experiential activities
• Integrate all disciplines to meet client business objectives
• Implement an integrated communication plan and measure its effectiveness
• Oversee the various production stages of advertising and communication 
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Add value to clients via providing out of the box business solutions
• Manage downward and upward effectively
• Ensure projects managed timely and profitable
