[HCM][Client] Lazada: Looking for Art Director

Mandatory:

BA/BS in Art or Graphic Design
10+ years working experience for Design Studio and/or Advertising Agency
Good command of AI (Illustrator), Photoshop, Indesign, 3D
Experience in photo touch-up
Familiar to After Effect (AE)
Experience in creating key visual
Knowledgeable in photography and video shooting
Ability to work under pressure (respect deadline)
Great sense of responsibility
Plus:
- English speaker
- Familiar to ideation process of creating campaign concept

Participate in creating ideas for Lazada Promotion Campaigns
Partnering with Copywriter to visualize the idea into a key visual
Support Division Head in creating a better design for EDM, web pages, marketing POSM
