[HN][Agency] interstellar: Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client’s key decision-makers, understanding client’s needs, and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to senior clients, and promoting the expansion of business
  • Exchange information and periodically update the Company's updated information for existing partners/customers of the Company.

  • Get new partnerships/clients for the Company through personal relationships.

  • Update product information to consult partners/customers better.

2. Responsible for smooth delivery from project commencement to completion through the initiating, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing phases

  • Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time, and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company

  • Lead account team throughout the end-to-end client-serving process: from pitching, on-boarding, and execution

  • Ensures client’s satisfaction by delivering expected campaign/project on point, on time and on budget;

  • Works closely with internal partners such as Creative, Strategic Planning and Production Team to follow through on executions of production.

  • Contributes ideas and supporting information to develop Team’s strategy for gaining new business as required.

  • Manages, trains, coaches and develops subordinates to ensure they perform at their best while providing them the opportunity to develop professionally.

  • Oversee the management of multiple partners and 3rd parties to deliver full-circle execution of communication programs.

  • Strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns: Present and discuss the campaign with clients, implementation plan, negotiate the project implementation contract.

  • Implement the contract, follow up and ensure the quality of the implementation.

  • Report on the implementation of each phase and the entire campaign team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 - 3 year experience as an AM, and a minimum of 4 years of which has been in an IMC, Branding agency, Advertising (agency) marketing agency environment or similar.

  • Strong account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Effective team management capabilities.

  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives.

  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management and business development.
