Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital assets and financial technology.
Collaborate with senior management to develop, refine, and implement communication plans aligned with Nami Foundation's vision and objectives.
Assist in the formulation of short-term and long-term communication goals, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
Support the monitoring of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact strategic direction.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations on strategic initiatives for internal stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and resource allocation.
Contribute to the coordination of strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and tracking of outcomes

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.
Solid project management skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and structure issues, conduct accurate analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Good with numbers; attention to detail is a plus.
Knowledge of crypto and blockchain, or a willingness to learn, is a plus.
Proficiency in English.
