[HCM][Agency] Beyond Communication: Business Development Manager
Position: Business Development Manager
Department: Account
Reports to: CEO
Working time: 09h00 – 18h00, from Monday to Friday
Location: 202 Ly Chinh Thang Street, Ward 9, District 3, HCMC
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Account Management & Development
- Manage existing client accounts, fostering long-term and sustainable relationships.
- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of IMC campaigns from planning to execution and
reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments (creative, media, PR, digital...) to ensure quality and
timely campaign delivery according to client requirements.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement and strategy
optimization.
- Ensure revenue from current clients by identifying needs and offering new, relevant services.
2. New Client Acquisition and Business Development
- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and acquire new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Create plans and execute pitching sessions and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate, structure, and sign contracts with new clients.
- Develop business strategies to expand the market and drive revenue growth.
3. Strategy Development
- Work with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategies for the company.
- Develop business development plans based on revenue goals and company growth objectives.
- Propose initiatives, promotional programs, or customer engagement strategies to grow market
share.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1-2 years experience in business development in a management role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in sales, marketing, business administration,
wood processing, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and client relations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Excellent networking skills and ability to build collaborative partnerships.
- Flexibility to take on ad-hoc responsibilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English.
