Social Commerce & Media Team is a centralized social media team for Mango Digital & YouNet AM. Be part of them, Social Media Executive responsible for media & commerce plans for all social media projects for both companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MANAGEMENT

1. Planning (20%)

  • Social Planning (Social Plan, Social Outreach Plan,...)
  • Set social/influencer approach & direction, to create proposals that address the social plan (KOL plan, Community plan, Protocol, Social Content, etc.)
  • Present and consulate internal or client for social plans.

2. Execution (80%)

  • Community Management - Monitoring Social Platform (Facebook Fanpage, Instagram Business, Youtube, TikTok): reply comments and inbox, maintain users’ interaction, collect and fill data contests/ minigames, deal with crisis…
  • Social Analysis - Report Analysis: Fanpage Management Report, and Fanpage Tracking Report, Outreach Performance Analyst.
  • Social Outreach & Third Party Management.
  • Working directly with clients for KOLs endorsement Plan and KOL Execution Plan.
  • Oversee and directly prepare tracking and reporting for digital campaigns and send out to relevant parties.
  • Responsible for campaign performance review presentations for client meetings.
  • Other assigned tasks by Line Manager.

Promotion: Senior Social Media Executive

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years managing an online community or in social media content development
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or a relevant degree.
  • Digital Marketing, Digital platform Facebook/Google/TikTok.
  • Have data analysis & project management skills.
  • Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate with digital communications.
  • "Can do" attitude is a must.
  • Eager to learn; Think more, do less.
  • High sense of responsibility & result orientation.
