As we dive into new exciting projects, we're on the lookout for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and be part of the action.

1. Job Type:

  • Full-time and Fully remote/Hybrid

  • Working hours: 8 AM to 6 PM with respected weekends off

  • Location: Work from anywhere OR Work hybrid in HCMC, Vietnam

  • Reporting Line: The CEO

  • Contacting points might include but not be limited to the client, the CEO, Project Manager, SEO Executive.

3. Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include CRM management; Lead Generation & Social management.

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients, including CRM management, email and SMS marketing, and social media management.

  • Lead Generation: Set up and manage lead generation forms/surveys on the website, ensuring leads are accurately captured and segmented in GoHighLevel.

  • Automation Workflows: Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows linking website data with GoHighLevel and Urable for seamless integration and efficiency.

  • Email Marketing: Create, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven improvements.

  • Landing Page Design: Conduct research and guide the UI/UX designer in building landing pages in GoHighLevel, ensuring they are optimized for conversions and tracking performance metrics.

  • CRM Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain CRM data, identify and implement process improvements, and train team members on best practices.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate, analyze, and report on CRM performance, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, manage customer communication, and collaborate with sales and support teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals and provide support for CRM-related issues.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead generation and conversion rates.

  • Email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

  • Landing page performance (traffic, conversion rates).

  • Efficiency and effectiveness of automation workflows.

  • CRM data accuracy and integrity.

  • Customer engagement and retention metrics.

5. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM management (preferably GoHighLevel).

  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation.

  • Proficiency in using GoHighLevel, Urable, and other relevant marketing tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with integration tools such as Zapier or Automate.io.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.

  • Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
