GIF84 is an SME providing post-production editing services, including photo and video editing, floor plan illustration, and 3D rendering for real estate media businesses and companies worldwide. We are now seeking a suitable Content Marketing candidate with strong expertise in content creation. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive inbound leads.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Content Marketing: Strategize and curate content calendars with detailed plans for Social Media (Instagram, Linkedin), Email Marketing, and Website to drive inbound leads and enhance brand visibility/awareness. Supervise outsourced content creation or produce content as required.

  • Planning: Capable of implementing a digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals.

  • Researching: Perform market research on customers and competitors to guide effective marketing strategies.

  • Advertising: Implement and oversee targeted advertising campaigns to expand markets or manage outsourced advertising efforts.

2. BENEFITS:

3. JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum of 2-year proven experiences in content marketing.

  • Good English skills or having the ability to use AI tools to produce content in English.

  • Skilled in conducting detailed research.

  • Proficiency in digital tools such as social media platforms, and email marketing tools.

  • Capability to set up and manage Facebook/Instagram Ads, analyze their performance, and make improvements.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM will be an advantage.

  • Experienced with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.

  • Preference for candidates who can stay updated with US trends.

  • Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ marketing communications strategies to nurture leads.
