[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Junior Art Director
Report to: Associate Creative Director
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Collaboration:
o Meet with the account management team to discuss client requirements.
o Understand the target audience and business objectives for the advertisement.
• Creative Development:
o Work closely with the creative team to generate innovative ideas and concepts that fulfill the client's brief.
o Present creative ideas both internally and externally.
o Collaborate with the creative director before presenting ideas to clients.
o Pitch creative concepts to clients effectively.
• Team Coordination:
o Brief other members of the creative team on project requirements.
o Commission photographers, artists, or filmmakers for projects.
o Visit and assess locations for potential shoots.
o Attend meetings at production houses and with other directors.
• Project Oversight:
o Work in editing suites to oversee the final product.
o Ensure quality and consistency in all deliverables.
• Trend Awareness:
o Keep up to date with emerging technologies, popular culture, and trends to ensure creative outputs are relevant and engaging.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 year of experience at an advertising agency as a Junior Art Director.
• Strong understanding of design and production fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design solutions.
