[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam:Junior Account Executive Freelancer
Job Description:
- Assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution.
- Support to manage project scope and timelines. Implement any necessary processes and procedures.
- Meet and communicate consistently with internal and external teams to manage timelines, assets, progress, and client deliverables.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure input products meet desired quality and are delivered within deadlines.
- Work with other internal departments such as Strategic Planning/ Digital Media/ Creative/ Social to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Administrative tasks under the line manager's direction: setting up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
- Prepare reports for the client and internal team.
- Requirements:
- Be able to work on-site, full time.
- Have experience in Social/Digital.
- Teamwork, proactive, responsible.
- Detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
