ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Event & Communication Intern, you will play a vital role in organizing activities that foster employee engagement and promote our FireGroup culture. You will help communicate our culture messages within the employee community. Our team is ambitious, and we expect you to be the same!

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating cultural messages within the employee and candidate communities through various channels (Internal Workplace, LinkedIn, Facebook, Website Blogs, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for events, communications, and cultural activities to build understanding and alignment of core values within the employee community.
• Contact & Coordinate with external suppliers/ stakeholders from cross-functional departments to ensure timely progress and high-quality delivery of items/ projects.
• Organize internal events to increase employee engagement, such as town halls, team-building activities, company trips, sports festivals, etc.
• Support the team in executing other corporate-related projects.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates.
• At least 3 month internship - part-time with at least 20 hours/week or full-time internship is highly preferred.
• Creative mind, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in content creation, writing, or managing a fan page is an advantage.
• Experience organizing events at university, clubs, or related experience.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.

• English fluency is a plus.
